Rules

1) Introduction

  • Please read through and acknowledge the below rules.

  • Please only use our service if you agree with the below rules.

  • “we” refers to Club Dominant, “the customer” or “you” refers to the member paying to conduct a session, and “the Mistress” refers to the Club Dominant cast member providing SM services.

​2) About membership

  • You will automatically be registered as a member the first time you use our services.

  • Only those over the age of 18 are eligible to become members.

  • When you first use our services, we request a membership fee in order to enrol as a member.

  • In the case of non-compliance with our club’s rules, we reserve the right to revoke membership.

​3) About service fees and cancellation fees

  • The total price to be paid for each session includes: The course fee, fees for any additional options, membership fees (for first-time customers of any club in Dominant Group), additional fees for sessions outside of the Mistress’s home area.

  • First-time customers are required to make pre-payment in advance of the session (by Paypay or Amazon Gift Cards). Time slots will be allocated to customers on a first come first served basis. For first-time customers, the session slot is confirmed upon receipt of the advance pre-payment. Repeat customers can confirm a session slot without such pre-payment.

  • After a price for a session is quoted and sent to first-time customers, the deadline for advance payment is 23:59 on the next day (for example, if a session price is quoted at 4PM on Tuesday, the deadline is 23:59 on the next Wednesday). In the event that payment is not made by the aforementioned deadline, the session will be automatically cancelled.

  • For repeat customers (2nd session and subsequent sessions), the session payment is to made in cash upon meeting the Mistress, before the commencement of the session.

  • In the case of cancellations on the day of the session or on the previous day before the session (any time after midnight), we reserve the right 100% of the session fee as a cancellation fee. Depending on the situation, we may allow customers to change the date of the session one time without charging a fee. For cancellations made further in advance (not on the day of the session or the previous day) we will return 100% of the session fee.

4) Warning

4.1) About the Mistress

  • Additional fees may be applicable if you require the Mistress to perform certain types of play, use certain toys or wear certain outfits. Please confirm your desired session content in advance.

  • If requests for certain types of play, costumes, toys etc. are made on the day, we cannot guarantee that we can fulfill them.

  • Our Mistresses do not offer sessions where they are nude or topless.

  • Other that what are listed on each Mistress’s profile page, our Mistresses do not offer services involving body touching, kissing, licking etc.

  • It is only possible for services to be performed “on the customer”, not on the Mistress. For example, customers are not allowed to actively touch the Mistress’s body.

  • Although we will endeavour to be on time for the session, there might be cases when the Mistress is late to the session due to train delays or traffic. In such a case, we will contact the customer by email.

  • If the Mistress is sick or has other unforeseen circumstances, she may cancel the session. In such a case, we will contact the customer by email.

4.2) About customers

  • There may be cases when we are unable to accommodate same-day requests for changes in the session (time, content, toys, costumes)

  • It is not possible to change your requested Mistress after a booking is made.

  • We require customers to reconfirm the booking on the previous day before the session, and again on the day of the session once the customer is in the hotel room (in order to let the Mistress know the hotel name and room number of the session location). Failure to do so will mean that the session is cancelled without a refund.

  • If a session is cancelled due to the above reasons, the session slot may be given to another customer on the cancellation list.

  • It is not possible to receive a refund once the Mistress has entered the room to begin the session.

  • There are some business hotels that will refuse entry to a Mistress seeking to proceed to your room. Although we may be able to accommodate changes to session bookings in such a case (e.g. moving to a love hotel and/or changing the session date or time), it is the customer’s responsibility to book a hotel where a session is possible. As such, we recommend using love hotels (we can provide recommendations).

  • In cases when the customer is late to the session, the session time will be shortened so that it finishes at the time when it was originally scheduled to finish. We will not provide any refunds in this case. For example, if a 1 hour session is scheduled from 3PM to 4PM, but the customer is 10 minutes late, the session will be 50 minutes (from 3:10PM to 4PM), however the session fee will be the same as for a 1 hour session.

  • Customers who no-show or who cancel repeatedly will have their membership terminated and be blacklisted from our club.

4.3) About photography and video recordings

  • The Mistress may take photos or videos of the session to upload online (social media, fan clubs etc). In such cases, she will place a mosaic to blur out the face and genitals of customers when doing this. If you would not like to be photographed or recorded at all, please let the Mistress know in advance.

  • If a Mistress uploads any photos of you and you would like them taken down, please let the Mistress or Club Dominant know, and we will ensure that the photos are taken down.

5) Prohibited Activities / Those ineligible to become members

  • Those under 18 years of age, and also high school students (regardless of age)

  • Those who cannot or will not provide payment (either cash on the day, or online pre-payment depending on the situation)

  • Those whose words or actions are harmful to the Mistress, including cases of violence, threats of violence, blackmail and extortion.

  • Those who touch the Mistress’s belongings, toys, clothes etc. without permission

  • Those who demand play or activities that the Mistress does not consent to, including sexual intercourse

  • Those who ask for the Mistress’s private information (including real names, personal social media profiles, addresses, phone numbers etc.)

  • Those who request private sessions with the Mistress, not booked through Club Dominant

  • Those who stalk Mistresses or engage in similar harassment

  • Those who refuse to shower before a session or who have bad hygiene

  • Sufferers of sexually transmitted diseases or infectious diseases (including colds, influenza and novel coronavirus)

  • Those who bring unhygienic toys or costumes to the session

  • Drunk / Intoxicated people

  • Those possessing or under the influence of legal or illegal drugs (marijuana, stimulants etc.), or those suspected of this

  • Those who cause trouble or inconvenience to a third-party

  • Those who sell photos or movies of the session, or upload such content to the Internet, except by prior arrangement

  • Those who secretly photograph or record the session (by audio and/or video)

  • Those who violate Japanese law • Members of organised crime groups or similar groups

  • Those who seek to recruit Mistresses to work elsewhere in the sex industry

  • Those who solicit the Mistress for religious, political or host club activities

  • Journalists etc. who seek to report on or cover our club, except by prior arrangement

  • Those who invite a third-party into the session room, except by prior arrangement

  • Those who engage in unauthorised reproduction of any content of Club Dominant (including but not limited to photographs, text content, layout, design, HTML source code etc.), whether for profit or for any other reason.

  • Those who spread or disseminate false information or claims about Club Dominant or our Mistresses, whether on the Internet or anywhere else

  • Those deemed unsuitable by Club Dominant for any reason

  • Those who cannot comply with our rules as listed

​If membership is terminated for any of the above reasons, then no session fees will be refunded. Additionally, we may request compensation (e.g. for medical treatment for a Mistress injured by violence), sue for damages, and/ or file a criminal complaint with the police.

 

6) Cancellations on the Day

  • If, due to circumstances on our end (e.g. the Mistress is sick), we cancel the session before it starts, then we will refund all session payments in full.

  • If the Mistress begins the session but is unable to continue (e.g. if she suddenly falls ill), then we will refund the session fee for the portion of the session that was not conducted. For example, if the customer books a 90 minute session, but after 60 minutes the Mistress is unable to continue the session, then we will refund the payment for the 90 minute session minus the session fee for a 60 minute session.

  • In the event of a cancellation due to reasons on our end, we will not compensate the customer for travel or hotel expenses incurred.

  • If the customer causes damage to the hotel room or to any belongings of the Mistress (toys, costumes etc.), then they are responsible for all compensation for this damage.

  • Club Dominant will not take responsibility for any injuries caused by the session, regardless of whether they are observed during the session or afterwards.

  • Club Dominant will arrange emergency medical treatment in the case that both parties are injured during the session for reasons unrelated to play (e.g. fire).

 

7) About Personal Information

  • We will endeavour to retain your trust by protecting your personal information.

  • We will only use the information that you provide (e.g. email addresses, phone numbers) for the purpose of arranging and scheduling bookings.

  • We will not pass on such personal information to a third party, to police when requested as part of a criminal investigation.

  • We will update all stored personal information if you request us to do so.
